It should come with warranty, because the seller has his own store. It should be brand new, but I don't know how they seal it. you can probably use other 3" filters. I should be getting mine anyday, so I'll post an update.

Yes they fit 5th gens. I'll let you all know when I get mine.

I am really not into the foam stuff, my friend just got a monster flow and I think its the biggest pos ever...If anything I will throw a k an n on it, and please dont tell me they suck cause they have to be oiled...its bcause people put a ton of oil on them and have probs later

I can see that the interest is rising in this, so I'm going to let you all know what is going on. Before I started the GD I bought an intake for myself too see how it was. I payed the guy on April 23. After a month of a whole lot of BS, I still don't have my intake. If I don't get this intake by the end of this week like he promiced, I will be convinced he is a fraud. That is why I tryed to let the thread die out because I didn't want to go through with the GD is the seller wasn't able to deliver my product. For now, I would suggest you all stay away from teamsunrise.com, and their ebay auctions. If anything changes I will let you all know.

I don't know Mike but i don't think (nor hope) that he's lying. Maxima.org is like a close community and everyone trys to help each other. On the other hand teamsunrise is a buniness and wounldn't jepordize their reputation by doing this and they wouldn't have much to gain by holding back just one.

There's no point in accusing anyone of anything. It is most probable that there was a problem with the shipment. I hope you guys work this out.

Like I said again, I tryed to let this thread die until my problem was resolved. I wasn't trying to accuse anybody, I just tried to let you know what is going on. According to the traking number that I am seeing for the first time, I should get my intake today. I hope that it is the correct one and not what he sent me the first time.(more on that if it is) If you all want to go ahead with the GD do so on your own discression.

Update:
As I was typing this, my intake arrived. I am so relieved cuz I thought I trully lost my $135. Just about everything is great with a few minor problems that will hopefully get resolved. He also included a free licence plate frame. I guess as a gesture of goodwill. I am now fully convinced that he has a legitimate buisness, and that my order was hust a freak occurance. Thank you Team Sunrise, good luck to you all with the GD.

 

mb1, how in the world were you able to get your intake from Team Sunrise? I sent this Fabio guy money through paypal over a month ago and I've gotten nothing! He has ignored my emails, doesn't answer the phone, nothing. This makes me so mad that someone will come onto forums, acting ligit and then screwing everyone afterwards. And I'm not the only one that has gotten ripped off by this guy. If you have any ideas as to how I can get either my money or intake back please tell me. Thanks,

Could you take your money back frim paypal or compliant. The guy is screwing me too. I have a plan to do something it might not get you your intake but it's our last resort. I'll tell you about it later.

JT and starcruzer, I checked my email today and guess what, I got an email from Team Sunrise. He asked me what I purchased from him. So I explained to him what I bought and that I'm still waiting for the replacement intake. If I hear from him again I'll let you two know. Just got another email. He said that he's so sorry for the delay and has my intake with him and that he'll ship it out today. I guess I just have to wait another week or so to see if anything arrives. I emailed him back asking for a tracking number if any.

Well I still haven't received my intake and it's been a week, he said he was sending it 2 day air. I wrote him again today but didn't get a reply. So JT what's your plan if this guy never follows through, I want to be in too!

 

Everytime I call him he would tell me that he sent the intake a couple of days ago. That is a lie! Now I can't even get a hold of him. I am planning to buy my missing parts at the performance shop.
