Just put in my Apexi WS catback this morning. . ..

Only thing is that it sits a little tucked in (1").. . . but overall, the exhaust looks nice and has a nice deep tone. . Not loud at all. .. I used to have a hayame EXT muffler and that thing was freeeeekin loud. . Definitely recommended to those who want an exhaust but don't want it loud.

 

do you have an aftermarket y-pipe and cat or no? if not that's why it's probably quieter. should be a little louder with the aftermarket y-pipe and cat

 

WS is made for 95-96 that's why the thing is a bit short. Also it doesn't have an o2 hole in the pipe...

 

It's probably even shorter because I believe the I30 rear end is a tad longer.

 

yah I was aware of this problem before I picked it up, but nonetheless. .QUIETNESS WAS at the top priority of selecting this exhaust. I measured. . it's an inch off. but hell. . it's alright. I can't complain. Maybe later I'll decide to just hack off the tip and get an extended one.

oh, and the guys that installed the exhaust just tapped in the o2 sensor and it fits fine. . no biggie. . .
