Does 98-99 center valence match up to 96-97 taillights?
Thinking about making this conversion to the newer style valence. Will I have to replace the left and right tail lights as well to make it all match?

yea definitely....
the 98-99 center piece fits perfect...but then u gotta get some tails to go along with your new center valence
