replace the Thermostat

I'm trying to replace the thermostat in my i30. Do I just rip out the airbox assembly and all those hoses and go at it?

Also what's a good service manual for this car?

Don't know the anwser to the first, but a haynes manual for the 4th gen max works fine.

according to the haynes manual it takes removal of the drive belts and idler pully bracket and a few other things. Does not seem real simple. The coolent also needs to be drained.
