Alarm lights
People with I30t and I35s,
When you set off your alarm do your headlights blink? If so, which are blinking?
Lowbeams?
Highbeams?
With my Philips Ultinon retrofit I noticed my alarm blinks the xenons. This repeating "on and off" cant be good for the bulbs or the ballasts.
I was thinking about a rewire to the highbeams and was wondering if anyone has done anything like this.
Any ideas? I dont really trust myself with electricity. I still have not done the fog rewire.

i will check as soon as i can...but why change the setup?...do you plan on setting off your alarm that often?...wouldnt you rather as much attention grabbed as possible while the alarm ringing?....id rather lose a xenon bulb than a car....just a thought but i will check in the morning.

only the parking lights flashes on my 2000. And I do believe that your xenon will burn out faster the way yours is set up, but i'm not 100% sure
