On eBay and some basic internet research, all I ever see are for '99 and older. Why is that? Are they that different from the 2000's?

There should be quite a few.

Just search for 2000 Maxima rotors. They are the same thing.

Are there any aftermarket drilled or slotted brake rotors for a 2000 I30t?
