New Valvebody at 49000!??!?!!

I just got back from the local Inskip dealerhip. I intially went in and I just wanted the Rear Window TSB performed. I mentioned to the service center about the slow 1-2 upshift I was experiencing. They said they would look into it. I went back to the dealership to pick up my girlfriend's car and my car. They never bothered to call and say that the cars were all set. If I didn't show up when I did, I would have nveer rec'd a call. They told me that I needed a new valve body in the tranny. This was covered under the warranty, so no sweat for me. It's just a PITA because I only got the car a month ago.

Now, my question is; Has anyone else had this problem?? I haven't read anything about the valvebody being replaced.

Any help on this is much needed and appreciated.

Thanks
