Anyone done a LED conversion for their light switches in their 00 or newer infiniti?

do u mean the window controls etc. if so there are several mods on max in the max forms and its almost same as the older i.. only few more leds...

out of curiousity.. can we change the color of hte display that shows the temp etc..?

Yes you can change the Ac controlls as well as your Guage color, needle color, window switches, gear color, dome light, map light, door curtisy lights, defroster light, cloch display color, ac dispolay color and ashtray light. Did I leave anything out?? lol

I've done an LED swap in my 00 Max, but my sister's 00 I30 the driver's side, and passengers side switches are slightly different, so I changed 3 of the surface mount leds to white by just soldering in a LED over each, there are 4 more surface LED's that won't work when I solder them in...anyone have any ideas?

now how would we go about changing the display...? the clock etc.. i openned up my clock to solder back the loose connector... now i didnt see any anything that lights up green.. well except the display.. so how would we go about chaning hte color of the display.. also the bose sadio and the temp display... to RED

Blkmax95c used colored transparent paper (often used for easter basket decoration) and it works for the temp and bose stereo display! He changed his interior lights to blue. I'm not sure what color combination will make red, but, I'm going for the white interior illumination.

Only mod I heard you can use transparent paper with is the clock mod. It's green, but with a peice of trasparent red paper, it will turn white. I don't believe you can do it for red, but maybe? If there was a way, I'm certain it woulda have been in the FAQs in the 4th Gen along with the White Mod.

MAX MUTES: Shut your mouth right now! lol JK You can do the same transparent paper trick with your bose sterio display and your AC display as you do with the click. As for making it red, I think you would need to know a few things about color and color combinations first, then use the appropriate paper color to try and change it to red. Not sure how to do that though.

Well, Mr. Smarty Pants how the hell can I make my gauges and Gear Shift lights Bright White ?!?!?!?! What paper should I use!!!? lol ..j/p

Yeah, I'm gonna be puttin 19's on. Yeah, not alot of rubber, but I'm gonna go slightly larger in tire diameter just not big enough to offset the speedometer and/or ECU. I figure on Illuminas/H&R's, FSTB(possibly RSB as well) and a good, quality set of tires I should be pretty damn good as far as the ride goes.
