Hay does anyone have a write up on how to install a rear sway bar on a 2000 i30 how hard is it and do i really need a lift??

 

depending on what type you got (the dinky little knock off, or the real deal, like stillen) the install will vary. I did mine in my garage with out a lift, and it was the larger sized stillen type too.

Make sure you have a second hand to help hold that thing up there while you mount it. If you have the knock off, which is much smaller, you might not need help.

Other than that, only basic tools are needed.
