BOTH THIRD PARTY RESULTS!

and when i asked about the Racing i30's....i meant have you ever seen one in a race...like...a sponsored race...not some street race...i do that all the time myself...
Dont know where you get your info from but it is crap...

Looking back on my old C&Ds:

03 IS300 Auto- 15.7
03 IS300 5spd- 15.2

97 I30 Auto- 15.5
97 I30 5spd- 14.9

Hmmm I think that 15.7>15.5 and 15.2>14.9

You really need to do your homework...

And you will never see an I30 or any other FWD car in an autocross race... there is a good reason for that too..

the point im trying to make is...I want that IS300...and there is a difference in opinions...i mean...

before all this i wanted two cars...both were luxury/sporty....the IS300 and my stepmom's I30....now that i can have both...why not??

i think both cars would be awesome...but if i was to get serious with the speed thing...then i'd probably end up fixing up my IS300 more because of the massive potential it has for high horsepower...i mean...if i really wanted to...(once i DO get it...) i can crank that thing up to over 500....

i really love my i30...i dont want you guys to think im a traitor...because im not...i just want to be with both my cars...like some kind of polygamist....

and i would love to see our cars in GT4...or any videogame for that matter....what exactly makes a car a ricer??because...i see potential in both cars but for some reason i cant seem to grasp the fact that the i30 has more of a reach...

i truly believe that both cars will be awesome and it IS a dream of mine to have them both one day be next to each other in a car show...
Who cares what you drive. Get an IS300, get a volvo, get a kia, who cares. Nobody is a traitor becasue the get a new car

Who the hell cares about what car is in a video game. That means absolutely nothing about nothing.

An I30 and an IS300 are two totally different cars for two different purposes.

All i gotta say from all this kiddie nonsense is GET A F UCKING CIVIC and throw some algayzas on it along with a bumble bee muffler, and a carbon fiber hood, sidemarkers stickers and GET YOUR UNEDUCATED OPINIONS THE FU.CK OUT OF THE forums. Anyone can rice a car, but an I is a classymans ride with hidden speed, and mike is right who cares if the I isnt in godd damn need for speed or whatever rice games are out there. Its because of stupid kids like you that the aftermarket has ruined once nice hondas, acuras from that stupid movie fast and the furious, who think a hood and
some lights will make your car fast or a show car. You should sell your I or better yet wreck it and put it out of its misery. Jesus you punk idiot kids i swear to god (btw my accord is just temporary to make some $$ on, i got a 95 GXE to mess with) my Anger .02.

I thought that's what Nissan claimed them to be (euros on the altima)... just to be part of the popular cars... Anyways cefiro8701 why are you bashing the I30s?... Just cause you can't drive and crashed 3 times doesn't mean you need to bash on Nissan in general.. It's not the car that sucks, it's the driver... I'd give you the respect if the stats you stated were true, but obviously I30 and Maxima is still faster than the Is300 If you truely want a "sports car" that can easily become more of a "owner of the street race" and can afford an IS300 then I'd get my hands on an S2000. With the correct performance parts you'd nut in your pants...

Also, good luck finding aftermarket support for that thing... what ever does exist will cost you an arm and a leg. The only advantage it has is RWD, but since you really dont seem like the autocrossing type to me, it does not really matter.

Not to mention anything with a Lexus badge is rip off... nuff said.

The IS300 has far more potential then a maxima if you did not know that. The IS uses the 2JZ-GE engine. Supra engine is a 2JZ-GTE. With a drop of a soarer headgasket that lowers your compression. You can boost up to 18PSI. Stock motor can hold up to 500HP max. The only bad thing about the IS is the manual trannies are weak. After you break your stock tranny you drop in a Supra Get Rag 6 speed tranny.

I have also seen IS300s with a Supra engine swaps. Go to SELOC.NET, I personally know the administrators and hang out with them. I use to get my race on with the alot of the lexus Guys. Theres a IS300 on SELOC.net that puts out 700HP. There is no maxima that puts out that much HP. I have seen one particular 95-96 maxima dyno sheet with Nitrous and turbo but thats some shady azzz BS! Engines being constantly replaced. WHat reliability is there in that?

Fuel management and tranny is the IS' only downfall.

There are lot of companies that support the IS300. Remember the IS300 is the Altezza in Japan. Just in case you did not know that.

Below is some links enjoy cause youll never see no Maxima running a Greddy T-78!

I dont see why argue about cars. If I see a good priced ride Id buy it. Nissans/infinities are nice cars. Theres nothing wrong. YOu cant be ignorant or closed minded about a particular car. Maybe they are pissed off cause your leaving the I30 community. They should not get mad, if I was to see one of these rides on sale Id buy one.

Anyone have a close of a one piece headlamp of their I30? I want to see if the one piece a direct replacement.
