Have you tried pulling the trim piece off the inside of your door and checking to make sure all 3 nuts and bolts are tight? There is a triangle shaped piece that coveres the 3 nuts and bolts that hold your mirror on. You may want to start there. Hope that helped?

No no, not the three screws that are underneath your mirror on the outside of the car. I am talking about the three screws that hold the mirror to the door. If you look inside your door all the way to the front of the door (front end of the car on the inside) you will see a triangular plate (plastic). You need to remove the inside door skin and then unscrew one screw at the bottom of this triangle. Once you do that, you can remove the plastic triangle and you will see three screws. These screws hold the mirror onto the door. See if they are lose by any chance and if so carefully tighten them.

If you need more of a description or help, let me know. Good luck.
