I just compelted a 2k3 I35 trunk lid swap on my 2000 I30 and its nice to see that infiniti got rid of the trunk lid keyhole. Driving in to work saw a M45 with no trunk keyhole. Are all the new Infinitis coming without a trunk keyhole?

 

Many cars of various makes are no longer putting those in.

 

I think the trunk looks cleaner too w/o a trunk hole. BMW has the coolest one though, with it underneath their rear badge on certain models.

 

I35s have no trunk hole because they're cooler than I30s...



...Especially those that have been cloned to be an I35!

 

Yup, no more key holes on the fins!

 

Just bought my I35, and I only have 1 keyhole on the driver's door. Nowhere else
