I came across an I35 trunk mat the other day in the trunk of a maxima in a junk yard. Its removable and much sturdier than the standard carpeting in my maxima trunk. I35 is embroidered onto it. I am either going to convert it over to use with my maxima or I'm going to sell it. Did this item come standard in all I35s or was it an option?

 

Came standard on mine, I too was surprised when I saw 2 mats in the trunk.

 

They have the exact same thing for the 95-99 Maxima/ 96-99 I30... I have one in my I30. Even has "I30" embriodered on it. $40 shipped from everythingnissan.

 

according to the window sticker on our '04 It was a $60 option.

 

I didn't have it in my 02 I35. Any idea where i can get one online?

I must've had a senior moment. I do have a trunk mat. I was thinnking of the other excessory mat. I can't remember the name of it right now though.

 

There is a huge difference between the stock mat and the carpeted embriodered mat.

 

Has anyone found one for a maxima yet or were they all for the I30/35?

 

Nissan made one for the Maxima too.
