wobbly back!

hey,
my i30 does the wierdest thing. there is this one route i always take to come home and its hilly. anyways i i have to make a right turn and there are a alot of pot holes on the road wea i turn then i after i turn there is one huge pot hole again which you cannot miss but must go thru and every time i go through this are my rear start wobble constatntly and after i stop the engine and start driving again and it stops. also back right wheel smell like when you really ride brakes. ( you know that cooked smell) so im starting to think its something with rakes what you guys think other than that my car is solid.

thanx

Seized rear caliper, maybe worn bushings, and a blown shock.
