I believe it is slightly different depending on if you have an I30 or I35. I think the difference is only one colored wire though. I don't have the link to it though.

you may want to check the legality of it before you do it.
it is not legal here in chicago to drive around with your fog lights on but not your headlights

I'm assuming that's only during times when headlights are required to be on?

I cannot confirm if http://www.shiftice.com/fog_rewire.html works with the i30/i35, but it's what i used on my 01 max. I'd consult w/ someone else before using this method.

The above method does work. The only problem you will face is that for some reason, the actual color for alot of the wires for the i30/i35 is different from the maxima. (atleast for me it was)

I did it similar to the one mentioned above, except I wired mine directly to the side markers. Same concept.

....

I actually hooked up 6000k hid fogs..and unplugged the headlights for a while. I live in the city tho so dont need your headlights..

simplest way to do it. bc believe me you get sick of it after a while so why waste money on re wiring shyt

fog rewire is free buddy and much less ghetto than unplugging the headlights just to have fogs only while driving in the city at night pretending you have enough light output....

Can you spell "n00b"

Edit: I think we should have the Search button be in the shape of the emergency blinker triangle. It also needs to be huge, and very obvious

i did this. but when i did this i didnt no about the fourm i jut went ahead and tryed something new but wat i di ws instead of keeping it inside the relay box i ran the wire that would run the consant power to the fog relay down into the fender to the pass. runing light. my wire is black so u cant see it. but keeping it in the fues bo is cleaner. my car didnt come with fog lights. so it didnt come with the switch. so when i put the fogs on i just spliced the wires uner the steerng colum so that basicly its wire together by passing the switch. u would have to cutthe connector if u didnt do it already/ or hav the switch. so my fogs ar always on when my running lights are on. looks good. make sure u SOLDER ALL YOU WIRES AND USE SHRINK RAP. U will be sorry. i got pics i belive of how i did it all. good luck man its really easy. btw i have a 4t gen. basicly the same as 5th

I got into my relay box an knew from this site that I was looking for the pink wire with the two horizontal silver stripes to use to tap into the side marker lights. When I got to the wires mine were orange. I own a 2000 i30 t. In my case I needed the orange wire with the two silver stripes running the length of the wire. If that helps
