My new Redlinegoods armrest installed
My old armrest started cracking so I checked some pricing in my area and most guys wanted anywhere from $80-$100 just to have the armrest reupholstered with a solid color.I checked with redlinegoods.com and I originally wanted a dark brown perforated leather to go with my dark woodgrain but they didnt have that available so Maciek suggested a black armrest and I added to the design.Im not really impressed with it but its different,no longer scratching the elbow and adds a little to the dull boring I30 interior. The leather strip is the "Sierra" color which is a lil lighter than my interior.I probably should have gone with Taupe but they both looked so close on screen. Not bad for $60.Id also like to add that the quality of this was amazing. As others have mentioned you could smell the leather right out of the bag.

I've got the same issue in my 2001 I30 (and the same color interior too) and was wondering how the redlinegoods armrests would look. It looks well made and I hope that it grows on you. It's definitely better than your old scratchy armrest.
How was the install? Looks kinda complicated with the glue, etc needed.
