Back in the game!

so as you guys know i got tboned like 2 months ago well replaced the car today with another i35! its an 04 with the cold weather package tan interior and desert sand exterior and the sport package. its mint the guys owned it since new and taken it to infiniti for all of its maintenence he even still had the window sticker. ill post pics tomorrow finally this whole things over

Sounds pretty good. If it was taken to the dealer for everything then I'm sure it's been kept perfect mechanically. Wish I could find a set of those sport package wheels cheap from somewhere, but I guess I'm fine with what I have lol

yea just needs an idle belt or ac belt. just needs a good detail and itll be showroom again

so my sun shade is stuck in the down position. when i hit the button it moves a bit and the motor runs but it doesnt go up its like its stuck on something, the guy said he never used it so maybe thats why?

Yeah probably. Try going back there and pulling on it while someone pushes the button. I tried to diagnose one of these on my 99 q45t and they are a pain to play with. So hopefully you are able to just pull on it a little and free it up.

That could work, just don't pull on it too hard. In my friend's Mercedes C-class, the sunshade would go up but not down. So we'd have to just push in one of the arms while pushing the button for it to retract.

Congrats!!! replaced my maxima with an i35 as well... love it! where are the pics? and where'd you get it from? I probably looked at it lol

I saw the pics of it! I was gonna look at that one but I wanted black interior! beautiful car bro!

I'm in suffolk, and bought my maxima from a guy in Elmont actually! a year ago, but max is moved on and I'm with my I now too...
