time for tints!

finally getting tints on the i35. and the great part about going to school in SC is the tint laws are much more lenient so i dont have to worry about being bothered down here for 20% and when im back on long island my PBA card will do the trick for little stuff like this lol ill post pics when theyre done

Well, anyway, I hope your window tinting turns out to your satisfaction.

No worries bro, just bustin' your chops, all in fun .

I need to get my G tinted as well, but I am in NYC. As you know, tint laws here just plain suck. When I had the maxima, (20%rear, 35% front), I would get out of the tickets due to my occupation, but in my G I am currently riding "fishbowl" to avoid the hassle . Although I am tempted to get something light like 35% all around, but even that will be a problem over here.

If you can, post up some pics after you get her tinted.

I'm on the hunt for a place that does clear ceramic tint. That would be FTW.

Yeah, I'm not sure what I want to put on mine. I just found out about this Huper Optik stuff which is supposed to be top of the line, but looks like it can be tough to find a spot that does it properly. Thinking I'll probably just go with 3m. On all of my other cars I'd just go to any all windows/$99 spot, but I'm trying to do it right this time

haha its all good man. yea im down in myrtle beach for school and their tint laws are so leanient. as a matter of fact everything is car wise. people have neon like crazy down here and the place im getting it tinted at was laughing at the new york tint laws which are so light might as well not bother lol they dont give us a hard time for it in the hamptons but if theyre in the mood they will lol and so far my PBA card has gotten me out of all my traffic stops so im not worried too much about 20% all around besides windshield. it goes in tomorrow so ill deff throw up some pics!
