FS/FT: 2001 I30t, 69k miles

I'd like to trade my I30. It's sitting at 69,885 miles right now, but it's my daily driver (I drive maybe 50 miles a week). The car has been in my family since new and I have the original window sticker and maintenance records dating back to 2001. My grandparents bought it originally, it was then given to my mother, and I bought it from her. The tires are Bridgestone Continentals and have less than 10k on them. This year, I have had the AC compressor, the main AC hose, the expansion valve, and the condenser all replaced. I had a little bit of an issue with it initially (I posted about it here: http://forums.maxima.org/5th-generat...0-ac-woes.html). The problem was that the shop had put in a remanufactured compressor,it was weak, and I had them put a brand new one in. All is well in that department.
There are a few blemishes in the paint, but nothing out of the ordinary for an 11 year old black car. There is a bit of a scuff on the driver's corner of the front bumper and a few on the back bumper. No dents/dings to speak of except for one small one on the hood near the windshield. The front has a little bit of road rash and some chipping from love bugs as well. The interior is in really good shape.
I'm looking for a clean 4/5/6th gen with a stick. I'll consider any offer. I'm located in South Georgia. KBB has it at $7550. I know that is a bit high but I'd like to get around 6500 for it.

So is it an I30 or an I30t? The 7500 may be high in Georgia, but here on the west coast that would be a good price and your price is practically giving it away with that mileage! GLWS!

Yeah, forgot to mention that. The 't' came off before I had it. Not sure why but I still have it, just never got around to putting it back on the trunk lid.
