NJ 2002 6-Speed Black/Black Leather 205k Miles - $3600
2002 6-Speed Black/Black Leather 205k Miles - $3600
Well it is now time to move on. I have two other cars (335i and a Galant VR4) and there's just no more room for my Maxima. I have owned this car since highschool (6 years ago). I bought it with 81k miles and now it has 205k miles.
No check engine light or anything. Car runs perfect.
Most importantly: The transmission and clutch were both replaced at 140k miles. I put a transmission out of a 2006 Maxima in there because it has better internal parts.
It also has upgraded front brakes off of a 2006 Maxima (the 04+ Maximas had bigger front brakes)
-Black on Black, Leather (interior is in really good condition)
-Heated/power seats, heated steering wheel, heated side view mirrors
-Sunroof
-Hotshot equal length headers
-3" y-pipe and cat-back (magnaflow resonator, magnaflow muffler)
-SSIM (gutted intake manifold)
-NWP spacers and BOP
-2009 75mm DBW throttle body
-3.5" MAF and intake
-Greddy Emanage Ultimate (tuned)
-Innovate LC1 wideband
-2006 Maxima HLSD 6 Speed trans
-New OEM (Exedy) Clutch at 140k miles
-2006 Maxima front brake setup
-Polyurethane rear trailing arm bushings
-Progress rear anti sway bar
-New control arms, tie rods (inner and outer), strut mounts, sway bar end links
-Tokico Ilumina 5 way adjustable struts/shocks
-lowered 1 inch on eibach prokit springs
- 01 SE tails
- AE rear lip
Runs PERFECT. No rattles or noises while driving.
Made 259whp on PSI Proformance's dyno With the old intake setup (the old custom manifold). When I put the SSIM back on (with the addition of a 75mm throttle body), the air flow readings went up, so I would estimate that I am near 270whp now.
The bad:
The car was boosted before. This isn't really a bad thing by itself, but some people are weird about cars that have been modded. The engine is in perfect running condition for a 205k mile car. It made 374whp when it was boosted, so I wasn't really pushing the motor that hard. Also, the majority of the time the turbo kit was on was while I was running the old transmission, so the new one hasn't been abused as much. It's been tuned using an E-Manage Ultimate this whole time.
There are some holes cut in the front of the frame rail to accommodate for the intercooler piping. The airbag sensor is still there but I may have moved it from where it originally is supposed to go...I don't remember. I figure I should let you know that. There are NO check engine/ABS/air bag/ lights or anything else. I have a Blazt cable we can use to scan the car on the spot if you want.
The car has been rear ended and repaired. The alignment is good and there is no visible damage.
PRICE IS NEGOTIABLE AT $3600
