2004 Maxima for sale Southen California
I have a 2004 Nissan Maxima clean title that I need to sell for 4 grand OBO. I am going to buy a new car and want to have some money for a down payment. This maxima has many upgraded parts. However, there are two problems with the car.
1) it needs 2 new cv boot joints. (each joint is 90 dollars).
2) There is a problem with the engine thus the reason the price is so low. It has a broken rod bearing. I am not skilled enough to do the work myself and cannot afford to pay someone to rebuild the bottom end. So that is the only reason I am letting this car go.
This car would be great for someone who can fix the car themselves. Everything else works great on the car and the interior is in great condition. Every single button in the car is intact and operates its feature. This is the SE SL cross trim. Which means it has all the performance features from the factory in the SE but it has the luxury package; electronic leather seating, a sun roof that opens and tilts, 6 CD changer, climate control, Heated seats, Heated steering wheel, ect.
I am a car enthusiast and love to modify cars with upgraded parts. Note* a common misconception of modified cars is that the ALL owner drive them hard, and that is NOT the case. I do not race this car and I take care of it. So here are the parts list:
-Very bright HID headlights
-Injen Cold Air Intake.
- CXJ Block Off Plate
-5 piece Plenum Spacers (eliminates heat soak so your engine stays cooler for more performance) -Progress lowering springs (1 inch in front and 0.8 in back so it is not super low, no problems with speed bumps, big gain in handling performance )
-Progress high strength sway bar (also for more performance in handling)
-Custom highflow y-pipe/b-pipe exhaust
-Summit Racing Electronic cutout (There is a button in my dash that will open the exhaust to make the car sound great and give it extra performence, again all operated with a switch installed in the dash.
-Level Ten Valve body w/shift kit (This is a bullet proof valve body purpose built by level 10 to eliminate any transmission problems some people have in cars as they get older).
-Painted calipers (red)
-Drilled and slotted rotors (huge performance gains in braking power)
-High Performance Hawk brake pads (Blue model)
-Traklite Rims 18" X 8.5" (16lbs)
-Wheel Spacers making tires and rims flush with the body (also more performance in handling)
-Blue neon puddle lights (when you open the doors a very bright LED light illuminates the ground by your feet)
-Tinted windows
This car also has 4 brand new tires (installed 20 miles ago, right before I found out my rod bearing broke) $800 deal
Pictures are of car before it was lowered, and before the new Traklite Rim were added. The sideskirts and bottom lip of both bumpers that are accented black.
Please do not message me unless you understand what it means to rebuild the bottom end. The car is registered and passes smog legally with no problems. The all parts are California State legal parts with all corresponding CARB EO numbers.

You're kidding, right?

taking it down the 1/8th mile a hand full of times does not qualify it as using it as a race car.
And the fact that the bottom end needs to be rebuilt makes those few times I floored it completely irrelevant.
