Hey there everyone, been a bit of a lurker for a little while and have been searching for a Maxima for a little while now, and just realized I should probably make a post on here about it.

I am looking for a Third Gen Maxima, preferably a VE30 SE with the five-speed, so of course I haven't had the most luck on CL or Ebay, looking for something around the Charlottesville area, but I'm willing to drive to just about any place in VA, or anything just outside the state, I'd prefer to get something close to running, but if it's a project that is no matter to me, trying to find something for $750 or less, if anyone has any information or has one for sale, a response would be appreciated.

there is on on c/l now that needs an engine for $150. Goodluck finding one, when I bought one a few years ago, I found one that was in good shape except it needed an engine for $500. I have since sold the car though.

i had a vg last known location in staunton area. 90 se, 5 speed. it was black with a bent wing, if you come across her say hello for me!

 

Heh, actually, my dad's old 93' SE came up about two years back on CL, we were very close to picking it up, but it was in tatters, and it never came to be, was very very pretty though while we had it, 5-Speed, Crimson Red Pearl Paint, was gorgeous, honestly if I found it again now, or one of the same color and with the Manual transmission, I'd probably jump on it in a heartbeat for the right price!
