Looks sweet! I've been looking at getting these wheels too. This confirms how nice they are. Do you have any rubbing with the 235/40/18s? What size spacers do you have if any?

The only rubbing issues i have is if im actually going fast and theres a bump or a wave in the freeway . That was once. Today when i went over a speed bump i heard it rub i think . I want to get either 245/40 or 255/40 cause this tires now ride like crap .

I really like your ride, thanks for posting those pics. I've actually been hoping I'de stumble across pics of your car after seeing your signature around the forum. I recently purchased a Black 01 AE and your pics show me the potential that I have.

Black looks really good when cleaned up. Your rims are also of similar style to ones I have been looking at. Also, after seeing these pics and ones of Soonerfan's ride, I think I'll break down and black out of the side markers on mine. I only wish I had the AE body kit on mine. Curses to Nissan Canada for that idea. Maybe I'll just put a Stillen kit on mine. Anyways, nice pics!

I was and AM lower then that and i have rubbing when there are 4 people in the car and i am making a U Turn
you should be fine going lower, if you want to.

Thanks for all the comments.. Took some new pictures today so will be adding them soon .. I got my 5.5 conversation done , just need foglights (which should be in the mail monday) and a front lip .

 

I highly recommend BlueBatmobile's red dot and smoked rear overlays for your tails....

here's a crappy pic example of mine on my new 01 5spd...been on there for a year, flawless durability.

AE's are the sexiest 5th gen stock . Thanks for the comments, Ive gotten alot of the ideas from here and just searching around. But hit me up if you ever got questions etc.

Definitely do the Stillen kit. You can't go back to the dealership and get your AE kit from the stealership ? I would recommend doing the black sidemarkers they look awesome you won't regret it .
