My favorite pic of the bunch..... Here you can see the -12AN fittings that were custom welded, grinded, and polished in the valve covers. These are for the breather kit. All lettering, growths, buldges were grinded off the turbos for an ultra smooth sleek finish. Worm clamps are temporary. T-bolts will be ultimately utilized.

Some closeups of the polishing... I had the Cam Gear backing plate done..

I had the cam gear bolts polished too...

Here are some low res pics of the engine back in the Supra!! Masking tape is to protect the items from getting scratched while being finished.

TB was temp installed so 4" charge piping could be fabricated. TB was then dissembled and sent out for mirror polishing. Intercooler piping was fabbed as well, and sent out for polishing.

Custom TB bracket has been made. All welds will be grinded off and the piece polished. The TB and all the little pieces such as the TB cable wheel will be polished as well. TB cable is extra long and had to bought (from a 2000 celica I believe) as the OEM cable wouldn't reach.

PS reservoir had to modified again. LOL. All original bracketry had to be removed. The bump you see is all that is left of the bracketry. PS reservoir will be sent back out again to be grinded down and repolished. Worm clamp and bolt/bracket mounted to shock tower were sent out for polishing as well. Doesn't look so hot now, but wait until the final outcome!!

Had to test fit the front bumper in order to determine the limits of where I can and can not put the Greddy Oil cooler and HKS power steering cooler. Front bumper was also trimmed to fit the massive 4 row Greddy intercooler

Greddy oil cooler in right behind the opening on the right.

Shot from the backside

Before

After

The little piece that mounts to the strut tower is now polished too. The mark you see at the bottom of the PS reservoir is just a reflection.

When the shop his car is at is finished. I'm sure he wants to hear it start-up as much or more than anyone here in this thread. And he's been so consistent with build pictures, I'm sure he'll pull through with a nice vid to satisfy our car **** needs......

I think I am going to cry

Have you ever considered building a s15
It'll probably cost me more than a small home to import one, but a man can dream!
