So I picked up a compressor, so now we have air tools. Yeah, buddy! A quick updated pic. Painted the 16's matte charcoal grey, painted the chrome trim around the windows black and added the window visors.

Still waiting on the KYB GR2's, the downpipe flange, and need to take the car in to fix the damage caused by the accident.

Sorry for the crappy pic...

The wheels department will be taken care of when the pockets allow. For right now. Im dropping off the car at the paint shop today. As soon as I get it back, I will start putting everything in (that's more money here and there), then tune (piggy-back and tune is about $700-$800, ouch), so for now, the SER's will have to do it, maybe some spacers. I know which wheels I want and always wanted. I'll bust them out one day.

Just dropped off the car at the paint shop. Should be ready by early next week. Also, received a few goodies...

*The kit had came with 2" or 2.5"(not sure) downpipe, which for obvious reasons will not be used. Instead, I will be having a 3" downpipe fabricated.

Turbo Downpipe Flange:

One of my struts took a dump, therefore I picked up some KYB Excel G/GR2's.

Well, I think people are misunderstanding the wheels situation. I've had my SER's on this whole time. Just so happens that when I take pictures, I've switched them out for some reason. I have not traded/sold any of my wheels, yet. I've had these 4 sets of wheels. At the moment it sits on the 16" SE's while the car undergoes body work and the sers are powder coated, since the have a bit of damage from the accident. Im still gonna rock my SER's as soon as I get my car back.

Unfortunately that kit comes with a 2" downpipe. Have you started the fabrication on the 3" downpipe yet? I may be able to get ahold of the one I had made up. Save you some time and maybe some money.

No, I havent. Thats gonna be one of the last things I will do. I need a downpipe, intake pipe, wastegate fabbed and very possibly a ac line(depending if compressor need ls to be relocated.) I will take it to a very reputable shop in town called Turbo Elements for the fabs. I want a quality build for many years to come. Thanks for your offer, though.

Funny you mention. Im debating between them two. They both do great work. So, I guess the deciding factor is pricing. Let's see what happens. When it comes to power, I really dont have a set goal. I guess after tunning, 300+whp would be great!

AE headlights are on the to-do list. Just not at the top. Thanks for the suggestion, though.

Appreciate it. I now have to decide what to do with the SER's color-wise. Thinking about a dark silver, leaving it charcoal. Any ideas?

Current color seems to match nicely imo.

EDIT; forgot to say: bada$$ ride, definitely feeling it and looks like you're headed right.

Thanks for the compliment. Now the car has the rear lip on and it looks much better. As for the color of the SER's im still debating. Nothing to worry about, im not going with a crazy color, like the infamous phatboislim, lol. Sorry had to My top two choices are between charcoal grey or silver. Dont know yet.

Update:
Got my ride back from the shop. Got to work right away. Installed the KYB's. A world of difference! Air tools made the job hella quick and easy...

The build will start next Friday, God willing.

Updated picture:

Started working on my SER's. Taking my time, I really want these to come out clean for IFO San Antonio. Still debating on what color to go with. Stripped and sanded 2 of the wheels.

In the process...

Clutch is out.

Act Clutch and heavy duty pressure plate are in. We called it the day. Tomorrow I will be cleaning and spraying the tranny before putting it back on.
