new (to me) '96 nissan maxima

Hi guys, just bought my first foreign car, beat up, faded, manual, missing interior pieces, windows off track, half my electrical system shorted out (and I mean half, anything not directly engine related is wonky, besides the radio), the harmonic balancer needs to be replaced, the interior needs to be wet vaced, and last of all, the horn doesn't work. Also, it has 384,000 miles

You may be wondering, "why the living hell, would you buy that thing?!"...... well.... i only paid 250 dollars for it. It's black (the hood, and roof are faded) it's got the 5 speed manual, and there isn't anything majorly wrong with the engine, it runs fine, if just a little touchy for me (my previous vehicles were a 96 Chevy suburban, and a 2000 Lincoln Town car, neither being extreme racers, besides the suburban after 2nd gear). I'm hoping, eventually I'll be able to get it up to speed, until then, I'll keep yall posted

Nice! I just joined the maxima club as well. I'm used to my 99 durango with 31's, spacers and lift... the maxima is refreshing to drive. I paid $250 for mine as well non-running. After getting it running, turns out it has chain slap from hell.
