I have a 2017 maxima Sr with only 16k miles. I’ve had this annoying tick/rattle coming from the steering column area. Almost like it’s coming from the plastic housing that’s between the steering wheel and dash cluster.

After the car has been sitting in the sun it doesn’t do it, it seems like whatever ticks swells up with the heat and humidity and tightens up.

I’ve had it in 8 times, with numerous parts replaced and padding added to no avail. I actually have the car listed for sale because I’m sick of listening to it. I can’t believe I can’t get it fixed!?!?!?

Any ideas 💡???
