what do you mean expensive, a JWT for just a filter is well over 100 dollars, the stillen is like 140 for the cheapest place, the frankencar is 125 for a fitler and midpipe, prolly the best deal around, real k/n fitlers, all powdercoated. i think you've been misinformed about the pricing.

I don't get it? My home made metal upper piping is perfect. For $15, It works exactly how the $50-$100 one do. I am glad I just made my own.

I'm sure that's just as good, but some people don't want to make their own.

And everyone's right... $125 is pretty sweet compared to the other companies.

i'm notg sure where on the site you are looking but it';s posted as 125 for a full kit all over the site.

and yes you can make a hacked up home depot one for like 15-20 bucks that looks tacky but what's your time worth and what's it worth for you car to look good with a properly fitted powdercoated piece???

Have you ever seen one? It looks just like one you can buy. It can be painted any color you like. I took new car and engine pics yesterday, they will be posted soon. You should check out my intake, it looks pretty damn good

what you consider "so dam expensive" depends on what your income is. i am a college student paying his own way, and i got the intake. i don't think that it is that expensive at all!
