Has anyone had problems with their fan switch for heat/ac control? It
has been two days without AC .I thought I would ask you guys before I
go to the dealership and give away all my money.I turn the fan switch on and nothing happens,check fuses, nothing. Help!!!!

 

Will the fan run when you set the speed to high or #4. If it will run there but not on other speeds then I would check out the fan speed resistor. I would get a Haynes Manual, in it are some easy to do trouble shooting procedures that are very helpful. The Haynes Manual is around $15 at car parts stores. I would do this before I took my car to the dealer.

 

the fan switch went on my 1995 after the warrantee was up. It would only work on high speed. I had it fixed for $105 Canadian.
