va tint: 20/35, is it illegal?
i still dont know what the current tint law is in va, but i recently installed 35% in the front, check my homepage for pics. but my real question is for anyone living in va, about the state/emission inspections will they check how dark the window is, should i strip off the tint before the inspection or just leave it on, and will i still pass my inspection for the windows even though i have to much of a dark tint on...
