Noticed warping on ASP idler

So I rear thru Tanman's troubles and compared the warp on my aluminum idler pulley...mine is very odd as I reveresed the pulley after a hose needed replacement over a month ago and I now notice distinct warping in the inner line of the belt track.

I am curious, if anyone has thoughts on if the pulley is removeable and can be sanded down a bit to even out the surface.

Any thougths....I am going to try and take pics soon...

how bad is it? Tan's pulley is warped pretty bad. Mine's warped a little too, but I dont think it will be a big hazard. IMO, a little groove might help keeping the belt on the idler pulley.

the pulley is removable, but I wouldnt try to machine it down to make it even...

Re: Noticed warping on ASP idler

I'm sorry but I have to say this : I have and always will HATE ASP. I went through 2 ASP supercharger pulleys on my GTP years ago... grr..

Maybe we should find someone else to make us a pulley?
