Whine during acceleration-Tranny?

In my 2000 Auto SE w/39k miles, I've started getting a whining sound while accelerating in 1st, 2nd, or 3rd gear. No whine in overdrive. The tone changes if I accel harder/faster, and it also gets a little louder. Especially noticeable with the radio off and the windows up. A/C off or on makes no difference. I had the solenoid TSB done at 20k(and fluid change) and tranny fluid changed again at 32k. Before I bring it in to the dealer next week, does this sound like a typical autotragic going out?

Click on this link. Its from Nissan's Technical Service Bulletin site, and it says both 2000 & 2001. Look up at the top for the 5th Gen for all TSB's.

My transmission also whines a little when accelerating. It almost sounds like the power steering pump. It seems more noticeable when the car is cold and in first gear... when I pull out of my garage and start up the slight hill in front of my house. I don't really notice it when the car is warm so I have not worried too much about it. I have a 2k3 GLE with about 10K miles.
