Driving down 19th ave lst night I hear a LOUD pipe. Thinking it was a silly ricer, I get ready to toy with him a little bit, as I don't want to race on a street that readily has cops on it. As I look over to my left, I see a suped up Supra. Great.. 2 minutes later the same exact thing happened with a really nice looking and sounding WRX. Oh well.. my search for willing rice on 19th ave continues..

I whipped my friends supra, but its only an 85 or 86 turbo. The newer twin turbo ones would kill my max.

True, but around here most of them are. Especially the guys who run on 19th ave late nights.

 

You should be able to tear em a new one... they are overweight and underpowered, IIRC a 5spd 4th gen Max could probably win in a straight line.

the supra is a fat one. needs a diet. but still looks nice. like a land shark in a way.

 

220HP out of a NA 3.0L engine is not bad considering this was back in the 90's, and RWD. As far as its overweight, I know its not as bad as 3000GT's........isn't a NA Supra about the same weight as a NA 300ZX?

5spd 4th Gen is rated at 190HP, vs. 220HP (NA Supra) I dunno, I think its going to be a good race.
