I just flushed my radiator and coolant resivour. I noticed when I turned on the car, the radiator fans did not come on. Are they on all the time or only when the car is hot?

Yes. And when the AC is on.

FYI, if you flushed it with the heater turned on, at least on mine the A/C also turns on to dehumidify the air, so both fans turned on when I started the engine w/ the heater on... (solution was to hit the "ECON" button)
(this is on a '00 w/ climate control)

Yeah, with auto climate control the AC compressor is running when in AUTO mode. When the AC Compressor is running, the fans are on, so that makes perfect sense.

If you spilled any on the radiator it will burn off. Anytime I've messed with my coolant I've had that happen.

Okay cool, nothing is wrong, my fans are working and I did spill some coolant. Man I didn't even notice how low I was on coolant.
