alright, if youre looking at the car from the front, and look next to the power steering resoviour there is a gold hex bolt. that is the top extension of the tensioner pulley. to loosen it, go underneath the car (you will have to use a jack with jackstands because the ramps will get in your way.) If you move the splashgaurds out of the way, look up and see where the belt is going over the pulley. goin into the tensioner is a 17mm bolt. you will need an open ended or loop wrench to get this loose. after it is loose (not all the way off) go to the top and unscrew that gold hex that i already told you about. remember, counter clock wise is looser. Once you can get the belt off, take it off and set it to the side. then, from underneath you can get to the pulley assembly. its just 3 bolts (14mm i think). take it off and put a new one on.
hope this helps (and i'm not respnsible for you messin it up)
you just have to know what youre looking at.

look at belt replacement procedures. In the haynes service manual...its on page 1-15 and 1-16. Pics 12.4 and 12.5a-12.5b show the bolts to be adjusted. They are called idler pulley adjuster bolts. Your belts may just need to be tightened or replaced.
