Frankencar Exhaust Installed

It took about 2 weeks for me to receive the product and I had correspondance with Steve throughout the process. I know everyone seems to complain about their service but I can't on this one. UPS really mangled the box and left a nice lil dent in the muffler, no real biggie to me since it wasn't caved in drasticially. I didn't want to go through any process of getting another one and it happening again.

Anyway the install took about an hour and a half. Reason for taking so long was the bolts were really on there tight. Guy had to tourch the bolts off. 15k miles and the rough winters and salt made it tough I guess.

Everything pretty much fit like a condom and looks great. Sound is slightly louder then stock, probably like a Z or G35c. I'm waiting for the cattman ypipe to come in so that will probably raise the volume some. As for any gains, I haven't noticed anything yet. The look and the sound was alone worth the money to me. I guess I'll have to wait a lil so that the ecu can adjust to the mod. Its a great product and recommend it to anyone.

Was it lighter than the stock? I'd have to imagine it is...and if so, you freed up some HP... I'll probably get this cat back as well..

I believe the whole system is about 50 lbs. Should be lighter then stock.

i have sound clips but my computer will not let me send them out...and as far as the max being louder with cattman's y-pipe and frankencar's exhaust--i didn't notice it.
