otto 5th gen strut bar fit my GXE?

I posted about the otto bar earlier and I know a few of the guys on the .org have them. The thing is that the pic on Ebay looks like it only has 2 holes for bolts and my GXE has 3... Does the SE only have 2 bolts?? I might be missing a third hole from the angle in the pic, but it sure does look like 2...

can someone clear this up for me??

thanks

5th gen bars will fit the 3rd gens. There are pics on my webpage of Mike92GXE's car with a 5th gen strut bar.

Can't remember which page, but theres a table of contents.

The otto strut tower brace should fit without a problem, just make sure it is for a 5th gen, no maxes have only 2 strut tower bolts as far as I know.

It's just the pictures, the 3rd bolt is behind that bracket.

Also since I know Michael will see this thread, lol. Infront of the battery, I assume yellow = headlight wiring harness, what is the red stuff?

LOL

Correct-The yellow is the headlight harness.

The red is my amp power wire. Remember I have all my wiring and such just stuck in there out of the way in that pic. I didnt put it all back after doing the painting because I had other stuff I was doing (sand blasting the battery tray and re painting it etc). Its just kinda there out of the way so I dont run over anything while driving it around the yard. The power wire isnt hooked up now anyway since I took the amp out.

back to the original question.

The 5th gen bars will fit all 3rd gens BUT on the 89-91 Max you can use the 3rd gen bar without any problems. On the 92-94 GXE and SE I like the way the OTTO 5th gen bar fits because it clears the plenum on the SE and clears the AC hose on the GXE and SE. The AC hose will have to be moved on the 92-94 Maximas (both GXE and SE) if you use the bar with the curved bracket that mounts to the strut tower and that is why I like the OTTO better because you dont have to move a thing with it.
