Auto VS Auto will be a tough call. I would say that you would have the lead off of the start but he would eventually take the lead around 80 mph or so. Not by much either.

Well I'm hoping for a good run, I'll probably have my exhaust put in before the "race", I'm hoping his new 18's will slow him down somewhat...and Slaytan69, we'll be going to Englishtown (http://www.racewaypark.com)

btw, its called Type 2 not stage 2, and yea, dont go near that. My brother got an auto 93 legend aka LEGzecutive- soon to be unvieled. I drive that car a lot, and i drive my max a lot, right now his is stock, and boy, do not mess with that car, it got 220hp and a lot of damn torque, just last week we killed a stock 97-99 max on the highway, I hate to say it but yea legends are better than our maximas, UNless u find a legend that all beat up and doesnt run good, then you'll smoke it, other than that, dont cause no trouble. I also know that there is a motor that has only 200 hp, then they got the 220hp, then the type 2 engine which is bad for days, drove in one before, not sure of its power, i think its around 250hp.

You guys have it all wrong.

4 door:
91 - 95 4 door legend (L, LS) - 200 Horsepower/210 tourque
94 - 95 4 door legend (GS Only) - 230 Horsepower/205 tourque

2 door:
91 - 92 2 door legends all - 200 horsepower/ 210 tourque
93 - 95 2 d00r legend all - 230 horsepower/210 tourque

2 motors: One is type 1 (200 hp) and the other is type 2 (230 hp)

I think the type 2 legends can get a 15.1 in the 1/4. All stock that is.

And if it's the 3.2L Type-II (230hp, but a lil less torque than the Type-I) and the 4spd AUTO, even if it's 4-door, I would think twice at the very least. Most Likely I wouldn't race him if he's talkin smack, but I would find a place where there are a lot of twisties and then smoke his *** hard core, Those heavy legends dont handle very well since they are tuned for a silky smooth ride, dont get me wrong they aren't a cadillac but they aren't a maxima either if you get my point.
