Recently, I started to hear a high pitched noise from the front of the car that gets louder as you go faster. Kind of sounds like an airplane engine. I can take my foot off the accelerator, and sound remains. It is an 03 w/ 40K miles. Just put new tires on a few weeks ago and the noise started about 500 miles after the new tires. Any thoughts?
