Got my Sirius Installed today...

Went to the dealer just to buy a $7 oil filter for an oil change and ended up spending $471 for the Sirius install done by the dealer.

Everything works great, had a little trouble with Sirius though. The guy that did the activation was a little slowwwwwwww.. Took him 20 minutes to take down all my info and activate me, and he still couldn't get it right. Ended up having to call back to get it done right.

Love the comedy channels with the uncensored stuff.. Its freakin' QUALITY!!!

You'll love it! The family got me a PNP last Christmas for my Lex RX300. Loved satellite but didn't like the aftermarket add-on look. Just bought the 05 Max SL and I would only consider cars that offered Sirius pre-wired.

You'll love Sirius. I installed my factory kit back in July and have been very happy with it. The quality of the digital audio through the Bose is awesome! Are they still giving you the first 90 days Sirius service free from Nissan?

Yes. When I called Sirius to activate it, they immediately recognized it as a Clarion/Nissan unit from the ESN and the first three months are free. I went with the annual so my payment covers 15 months.

I bought a factory unit for my car to give to my wife for Christmas. I can't wait to hear it through the Bose system. I previewed Sirius with the free trial on their web-site. I like it so much I used the promo code I got in the electronics forum to buy a sportster for my F-150. I love the idea of all that commercial free music.
