Removed this past Tuesday from my Frost White '04... It's the Trenz version that has a place for the Nissan logo. It is not "polished" but rather, the "brushed" finish. It is just over a year old and is in good condition. I'll take $125.00 plus actual shipping costs to wherever you are (UPS shouldn't be very much).
