completely impossible.

you have to remove the piping, supercharger, and bracket from the car...then you have to remove the supercharger from the bracket to even get at the pulley.

it is a pain in the A$$...
but worth it.

I was reading that DanNY and EMAX, are both able to take the

pulley off without taking the SC off. they said if you have skills, this was said on the other board. I was hoping this was possible, but I was also under the impression that you could not do it that way.

I think you miss understood what we were talking about. DanNY was talking about the plastic idler pulley. I did put a smaller pulley on my SC myself a few weeks ago. I had to disconect my belt then unbolt the SC from the car, then you have to remove the allen wrench bolt that goes through the pulley, to do so you have to secure the pulley{I used a C-Clamp} from moving and use a breaker bar on the allen bolt. Next you have to remove the 6 long allen bolts from the plate that connects to the SC, then you have to pry{I used a Cro bar} the old pulley off and take care not to lose the key. The first time I did it it took about 2 hours to do. Then my belt snaped in half the next day so I had to take the SC off again and I looked at the pulleys and relized what Steve in Chicago ment by having to machine the pulley down so I did{Mill stone} so and put the SC back together and have not had a problem since. Anyways disregard the second segment of my post because I bought a pulley for a V1 SC which differs from the V2 SC's pulley. If you buy one new from Vortech you should not have the fittment issues I had.
