How do you get these off...?

I feel really dumb asking this question but just cant get these things off. Im trying to take my tailights out but these ties that are holding the wires together somehow fit over the bolts i need to get at to take the lights out. Do i have to cut these things or do they pop off somehow bc ive pulled the crap out of them and cant get them off. Thanks for any help. Sorry for the noobish question - im usually pretty savvy working w/ my hands.

I used a flathead screwdriver to push/pull it off.

For me the problem was trying to get the damn wire connections off. They were super stuck, and I had stubby fingers at the time

i just pryed them off with a flathead screwdriver...they're just zipties, so it doesn't matter if I broke them.

Oh yeah, those things are annoying as hell. Just cut them off or use a screw driver.
