I've heard a few bad stories about that seller. I got mine from "topbmw" and had no problems. BTW, I can't believe those went for $75!! I won my auction at $132.50.

check my feedback thread. I bought a set from them, one side came cracked, fedex paid them claim, refunded my money, and i glued the small crack i had. Therefore, i ended up getting free tails. They are IMPOSSIBLE to communicate with though.

I'm the guy that processes your damage claims. Yes, I work at FedEx ground. You can get away with a lot of **** for free, so I wouldn't worry about damaged items, as long as you pay for insurance. Hell, we even pay for non-insured packages. FedEx owns

damn i didnt even think about that fed ex idea. Yeah i emailed them with pics of the chip and they never even answered. It wasnt that big of a deal or very noticeable and wast at the top of the light so i just put some of that black sealer they send you on it and it looks fine. I'll try and post pics tonoight of them

Fedex automatically insures for up to 100, plus i paid the extra 2 bucks in the ebay auction for insurance.
