brake pads for 94 maxima gxe

I'm looking for good front brake pads for my 94 maxima gxe. My friend recommended axxis metal master pads. Does anyone have some good advice as to what i should get and where i can get them? thx in advance!

hawk break pads are supposed to be good.

if i were you id get brake pads instead of break pads

EBC Green Stuff pads are the ****. I've got those matched up with some PowerSlot slotted rotors. Wow, did my braking improve or what!! lol

Thx yall for the advices. My rotors are like 2 years old and they look ok. When should i look to replace them?

when they become too thin.
there are specs that most places will have as to when they are too thin.
if they look OK (fairly thick) then leave em, some people never replace rotors.
