Break in period: new clutch/transmisson

Getting car back from the shop tommorow, bearings were shot, new clutch put in...etc.

Any advice (other then the obvious of not taking it to the track first thing tommorow)?

How many miles typically to 'break-in' the clutch?

Also I plan to be driving roughly 150-200 miles straight back to school for my final exam in a few days...is this inadvisable right away?

Thanks for any advice, I have very limited knowledge on the mechanical aspects of cars.

500 miles of stop and go driving is what most clutch manufacturers recommend.

Correct, 500 miles of stop and go driving. You can drive it back from school, but if its freeway driving, don't count that toward your break-in total.
