Where is fan for climate control located in the cabin?

All of a sudden, I can hear a clicking noise from under my dash when I turn on my climate control. It sounds like something is hitting a fan as it spins around. As soon as I shut off the climate control the noise goes away. Where is the fan inside the cabin? It sounds like it is coming from behind the glove box, but I'm not sure. Would I just take out the glove box and then be able to access it?

It is under the glovebox, you will see the white cover if you look under there.

I pulled out the glove box and see what you're talking about. The noise is definitely coming from inside there. What would be the best way to get that out? It looks like its half under the dash and half behind the glove box.
