When using a floor jack, for the front use the skid plate. You will see this run down the middle of the car. For the rear use the axle beam that runs from wheel to wheel.

On the front underneath the middle on the front of the crossmember there is a bump, that is where you place the jack. In the rear end use the beam that rums wheel to wheel, there is a spot there as well just don't pinch anything when lifting up. Hope that helps, front crossmember and rear beam both in the marked spots, you can see them.
