what is rear bose speaker size?

Hey, I have a 99 Maxima SE with the bose system in it. Unfortunatly i broke one of my rear speakers. I was hoping you guys could tell me the size of the REAR bose speakers so I can shop for new ones, without taking anything apart just yet.
Thanks

Ruthless, are you aware that a Bose headunit can't drive an aftermarket speaker?

Yeah, unfortunately (as is the woe of all Maxima owners) you can't just replace the Bose speakers with whatever you want. The signals sent to each speaker goes through an interference-cancelling line, an individual amp right next to the speaker and is then run to the 1-ohm (I think) specialized speaker. If you want to replace the rear speakers with anything other than the ones designed for the 4th gen Bose system, you will need a special converter and separate amp. Most people just replace the entire system from the head unit on down to the speakers. You should not be mixing Bose with non-Bose.

I can hook you up with stock speakers for dirt cheap! In in Jersey!! I replaced my speakers with pioneer. I had to re-wire the whole thing. Too much work!!!Let me know.

The 6.5 are too small but will fit with either adapters/ring or some new holes and bracketree. I have seen **** poor best buy installs, where they rigged them in the hole but not centered.
