Are 245-45-18 size tires okay for 2004 maxima SL?

I have a 2004 SL and am going to buy 18 wheels and plan on getting 245-45-18 tires. Will I have any problems with this size? I am pretty sure I wont, because I know that these are the same size tires that are OEM on the SE maxima, but I dont know if they will be a problem on the SL due to the slightly different suspensions...what do you guys think?

They will be fine depending on the width. 7.5-8.5" should be okay, anything more or less is pushing it in either direction. How wide are the wheels you're purchasing?
